Jonathan Armstrong has a proven track record of enhancing industry standards through the development and implementation of accreditation programmes. As the Head of Accreditation at CREST, Jonathan has led initiatives that strengthen the cybersecurity sector by identifying and assessing credible providers. Prior to this, Jonathan served as an accreditor at CREST, where he refined his expertise in evaluating cybersecurity capabilities.

Jonathan has been instrumental in driving several key frameworks for CREST, including the UK National Cyber Security Centre's Cyber Incident Response Level 2 and Cyber Incident Exercising schemes, as well as the Dubai Electronic Security Centre's Cyber Force Programme. He is currently spearheading the forthcoming CREST Pathway Model, aimed at further advancing industry standards.

Jonathan began his career with a strong foundation holding a BA (Hons) in Criminology, and is qualified in ISO9001 and ISO27001 auditing, bringing a comprehensive understanding of quality and security standards to his role.
